This post is going to tell you how to do a handstand step by step. Lets go.
1. Stand up straight with your arms by your ears also.
2. Put one of your legs in front of you this is the leg you will kick up with.
3. Kick up into a handstand with the leg you just put in front of you and try to hold your self there for a few seconds.
4. Come down from the handstand with leg you kicked up with first.
5. Finish the handstand by stepping into a brace which is when you put one leg behind you and bend it slightly with the other leg slightly bent point your hands out in front of you.
6. Hold position for a few seconds.
7. Once you have done that step into a present.

Some of the top gymnasts of all times are: Shannon Miller, Nadia Comancei, Nastia Liukin, Shawn Johnson, Dominique Dawes and Gabby Douglas. As some of you might have noticed all of these gymnasts are American and were from the US team. Photos of the gymnasts are posted below in order mentioned.

The forwards roll is the most basic move in gymnastics. How you do this move is 1. You start standing up with your arms by your ears ( or if it makes it easier you can start with your hands by your ears and yours arms bent)
2. You crouch down and place your hands on the ground remembering to tuck your head in so your chin is on your chest.
3. You push off using the strength in your arms.
4. Once you push off you should roll over in a forward direction.
5. Once you have rolled over you should try and stand up if you can't stand up without using your hands then just finish with your legs out in front of you making a L position.
Tip: it might take a few goes to get it right.
